A question

Dear everyone,

I am in the process of researching various ideas based around outings you would take with a dear one. Through my studies, I'm finding this varies greatly due to (understandably) varying interests, affordability, personalities, etc.

sometimes, it is very difficult to locate the answers on a page when the answer isn't something tangible, so I thought I'd do my own version of an anecdotal study and ask:

1) What is your idea of a perfect date?

2) What was your favourite date?

I confess, although I have pondered this topic for a while, I do not know if I have a satisfactory answer. I wish I did though. This is not a criticism on Sue by any means -- I would like it known that she is an amazing person, who is very tolerable of all my faults.

Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

Sincerely,

Dr. Reed Richards

I read this article today.

What would prompt a man to go swimming with sharks? I mean, I can't pretend to understand the thrill of adrenaline, or the hunt for a new, more dangerous activity to do (perhaps he is now building his own sandpaper treadmill as we speak) but at the same time, at what point does common sense kick in?

Regardless, he seems to have not suffered for his ill-advised sojourn.

Humans are truly fascinating.

Due to my lack of understanding and any real societal comprehensions, I need to ask:

When seeing a small Scottish angry teenager in the kitchen, covered in peanut butter and brandishing scissors, the correct response is to walk away and say nothing.

If it wasn't, then it happened a few hours ago and this is how I am notifying responsible people.

Thank you.

I've been following this Predator X story with rapt fascination. What was only a dream, a mere thought, has become reality. I don't need to explain the ramifications behind this. The technology is here, and one cannot unlearn or un-create somethin once let loose upon reality.

I would love to speak with one of the survivors.

Daylight savings time.

Correlated with the following:

- An increase in the fatal crash rate in the U.S. by a calculated 5.4 to 7.6 percent for a full six days following the transition.

- A 5.7% increase of workplace injuries by 5.7 percent on the Monday after the switch with a total of 2,649 days of work lost to those injuries which is an increase in 67.6 percent.

- A 24% increase in heart attacks.

- If you have the unlucky fate of being sentenced today, legal sentences are 5% longer.

There are only a few positive changes, but those aren't relevant.

Enjoy your Monday.

Science is fallible, true, but the Earth is round.

I do not understand humanity at times. The fact that this man managed to fundraise even the slightest bit is astonishing.

The wonderful thing about science is creating a hypothesis, and watching it come to life.

That being said, I feel like I should be held financially responsible for the damage my newest invention created.

The only problem is that I'm very poor. Destitute even....anyone want to buy a design for a more efficient human trebuchet?

I have spent the better part of my weekend on this site:

https://images.nasa.gov/#/

It interests me that it took this long for NASA to consolidate all of their pictures on one website. It seems that no teenagers work for NASA.

That was a joke, by the way.

Robotics experts have that children born now will never drive a car due to autonomous technology only being 10 or 15 years away.

While I am (obviously) an advocate for scientific breakthroughs, this saddens me. Driving is one of the few pleasures I indulge in. The longer the drive, the better.

I remember one such time I was going to visit my parents when they still lived in california....driving south from Seattle, I couldn't help but pull over and simply ponder the night sky. Rain splattered on my head, dripping down onto my shoulders, but I paid no attention. A moment of reflection, in an unknown place, and yet at a specifc point in time, causes one to wonder what the butterfly effect of one such action. Newton's third law states that for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.

I wonder what mine was.

while spontaneous combustion is not as impossible as one would imagine, I hardly feel that's what occurred in the library.

Most disappointed that it's shut down. I suppose I'll have to study in my room.

My name is Dr. Reed Richards.

I live here now.

Please do not be scared if you see me wandering at odd hours. I find it difficult to sleep when I am in the middle of a project.

Sincerely,

Reed
